Well, this has been on my to-do list for at least two years, but moonkitty.net's Fan Art Friday theme was Sailor Neptune...which spurred me into gear to get it done.
I totally didn't make the deadline, but I don't even care. lol I love this goddess so much, getting it done was reward enough.
And now I'm sleep deprived. #artlife
