Really sorry the image is so small...I was gonna focus mostly on her stats.

Name: Fiona (and her fairy partner, Blitz)
Race: Kokiri
Age: unknown; appears 12
Gender: female
Height: 4' 8"
Weight: 84 lb.
Occupation: Defending the forest
Special Skills: bow and arrows

Alrighty then. I chose to conjure Fiona because it seems as though every other Hyrulean race has some sort of heroic figure in some way shape or form except for the Kokiri. Link doesn't count...he's Hylian. Mido doesn't count either. He's a sissy (you know I'm right...). And Saria isn't like the go-getter type or the "stand-up-and-save-people" kind of person. The other sages are if you pay attention. So I figured the Kokiri could use someone like that.

And I wasn't sure of the timeline relevance this will have, so I didn't go with the first thoughts I had of making Fiona an older sister to Mido or a potential forest sage after Saria.
That will be left open.
What I will say, though, is that I intend her to be the eldest of the Kokiri who had disappeared for a long time into the Lost Woods for training. Her goal was to protect her people after the war broke out. Yeah, the Deku Tree protects the forest. But as we all are aware...the Deku Tree is also mortal. So, there were no objections to her intentions.
It is even rumored that Fiona can come and go from the forest as she pleases as a result of her training.

I didn't draw her with her quiver, but she'd normally have a wooden one decorated with the Kokiri symbol. It'd hold down that piece of fabric over her shoulders a bit more, I'd imagine, making it easier to draw. xD (that's just the kind of stuff I think about when creating characters I'm going to be drawing a lot. Speaking of which...Fiona looks a whole lot like another of my OCs.....but....we're going to ignore that....o.o;...)

She's skilled with a little wooden bow because it goes along with the Kokiri theme of wooden weapons (i.e. sling shot, deku shield, fairy bow in the forest temple). And she's clothed in "earthy" colors as the Kokiri typically are, yet a bit spiffed up because...she's special. xD Usually, people with a bit more authority tend to be dressed fancier. :] Y'knooow~?
She also carries around a flute which she likes to play on her free time. The forest is quite a musical place if you haven't noticed.

I don't know if a personality description is wanted, but here's the potential:
Fiona's wise due to her travels, yet, of course, still young and full of energy. She doesn't take crap from others and is pretty much the only one who could get Mido to squirm. ^^ Her fairy shares her passion to protect those she loves and also her authoritative attitude. Yet, she's humble and sweet at heart. Oh...and she's got a fetish for little yellow flowers. x3
